We regularly order from here and have never had any issues and always find the food great. I placed an order earlier this week for delivery at 7, and the ETA was 35 minutes. It got to 8pm and the food hadn't arrived so I rang up and gave my address to be told the food had just left. Got to twenty past 8 and no sign of it. Rang again to be told our ticket had been lost and the food not made up despite being told previously it was on its way. As a gesture of goodwill, I was offered a complimentary bottle of coke, which in all fairness probably costs no more than £2 which To say I was disappointed was an understatement and even more so the lack of attempt to even attempt to resolve the matter. I was the. Offered 25% off my next order eventhough this is a weekly offer to everyone and had even placed this ptder with the discount. I have even been sent this discount since regardless of this issue. All i wanted was acknowledged from the manager that an error had been made but las peft to felt that my custom was unappraciated. I have tried to reach out privately on socials to no response Such a shame.

The Godfather meal deal was perfection!!! Very plentiful!!! All perfectly cooked and HOT and delivered right on time!!! Just how it should be!!! Keep up the good work lads...... ; - ) ; - ) ; - )
